Slide Lansdowne Mews

Hampson Williams Architects

Main structure in load bearing masonry construction with precast floors. The roof was capped with CLT visible in the finished spaces. The central stair well was clad in white ceramic bricks housing multiple flights of white concrete pre cast stairs and capped with a pre-assembled CLT lantern. Steel balconies were framed compositely with sawn oak infills. Also featuring a part basement to one quadrant of the building, and expressed sheet piling to the boundary retaining walls, this project required intensive structural design input.
