Two new timber houses for a landlocked site. Construction was televised on Grand Designs. The houses were built off a steel screw pile foundation with Parallam engineered timber for the suspended primary framing of the ground, first and roof. Frame infill panels were of timber I-joists. We were closely involved in the development and detailing of the solid timber stairs, and silicon jointed glazing.
